I stuffed my retainers inside my mouth just now wth GREAT DIFFICULTY!

the price I have to pay for not wearing it for more than half a year..IT HURTS LIKE CRAZY!!!! my teeth shifted! &#*%!

it's gonna cause me to wake up with a helluva headache tmr..
